Construction Project Manager

Based in Irvine, CA we are an established GC that has been in business for over 40 years! We specialize in hospitality construction and a growing presence in multi-unit, senior living, and higher education projects. We established a reputation for quality and reliability with excellent client satisfaction. We continue to grow every year and are seeking for talented Assistant PM/Project Manager to join our family.

Responsibilities:
Manage pre-construction and construction efforts to include the activities of the owner, design consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Perform overall site and building analysis, detailed plan review for constructability, serviceability, project delivery, and site logistics.
Prepare construction schedule with the project team, incorporating procurements to monitor delivery dates, submittal approvals, fabrication dates, etc.
Negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements
Develop and maintain a relationship with the owner while studying the owner contract in detail to ensure all requirements are being met.

Requirements:
BS in CM or related field is preferred
5+ years experience working for GC or must have Multi-unit or hospitality
Good work ethics and integrity
Willing to travel within Orange County
Great communication and organization skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Scheduling software.
