Responsibilities:
Providing leadership for multiple construction projects, managing budget and schedule development, permitting, construction and project closeout
Providing excellent customer service
Reviews shop drawings prior to approval, issues RFI's as needed and expedites shop drawing approvals
Manage all processes in the construction of projects

Requirements:
Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Strong ability to analyze and strategically plan projects
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
