Job Details
Currently they are looking to add a Project Manager to the team and specifically someone with experience working on civil and or municipal projects.
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and excels in multi-tasking. Experience in the construction industry, particularly with public and private sector projects, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other project management software is required.

- 5+ years of experience managing public sector or municipal construction projects
- Strong background in civil infrastructure (e.g., stormwater, wastewater, utilities, roads)
- Experience with public bids, prevailing wage/Davis-Bacon projects, and government compliance
- Familiarity with managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules in an office-based PM role
- Experience working with city, county, or federal agencies is a strong plus
