We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Construction Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in residential construction, single family construction, job site management, and residential builder experience. As a Permanent Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Manage job site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and site inspections
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients and project teams to review progress, resolve issues, and make decisions
• Manage change orders, project scope, and project risks
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, budget, and performance
• Foster a culture of safety on the job site and ensure that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a residential construction project manager
• Strong knowledge of single family construction and residential builder experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
