We are seeking a dynamic and committed Permanent Construction Safety Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about safety and health in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management and construction safety.


1. Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and health of all employees.
2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Train and educate employees on safety procedures, best practices, and the use of safety equipment.
4. Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and develop preventive measures.
5. Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and submit reports to relevant authorities.
6. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
7. Stay updated on new regulations and standards related to construction safety and ensure the company's compliance.
8. Develop and implement emergency response plans.
9. Lead safety meetings and promote a safety culture within the organization.
10. Communicate with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, to address any issues or concerns.


1. Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management and construction safety.
3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
5. Proven experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
6. Excellent communication and training skills.
7. Ability to develop and implement effective safety programs.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential hazards.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, construction environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
