Full Job Description
5 to 10 years’ experience as Trade Superintendent on $1 to $15 million HVAC, Pipe and/or plumbing projects
Good computer skills. Experience with Excel and word.
Experience working with Document Control Systems retrieving submittal info and latest drawings
Experience tracking and maintaining field manhours
Experience running 5 to 10 men crews to meet schedule and milestone commitments
Good communication skills written and verbal including Email communications.
