Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a challenging and exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards the same goals
  • Interpret blueprints and construction documentation to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are being followed on the job site
  • Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress, budget, and other key metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate these into project planning and execution

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
