Contract Administrator

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic sourcing for power generation operations, safety, engineering and maintenance
• Lead cross-functional teams on complex projects from strategy development through contract performance
• Develop and negotiate contracts with national/international suppliers while managing risk and costs
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements
• Monitor market trends and conduct analysis for equipment, commodities, and labor costs
• Drive supplier diversity initiatives and develop alternate supply sources
• Manage supplier performance and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years sourcing experience, or equivalent combination
• Energy/utility industry experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Professional certification (CPSM, CPM) preferred
