We are in search of a dedicated Permanent Contract Review Specialist with a focus on Certificates of Insurance (COI). This role is crucial in ensuring the company's adherence to insurance regulations and managing risks related to our contracts. You will be working with a team of experts and will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in contract review, COI, risk management, legal compliance, and more.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Contract Review Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing and evaluating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for compliance with company requirements.
2. Collaborating with various teams including legal, risk management, and operations to ensure proper insurance coverage.
3. Analyzing and interpreting contract language related to insurance requirements.
4. Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
5. Advising on risk management strategies and insurance coverage.
6. Managing the company's insurance programs including general liability, worker's compensation, auto, excess coverage, property, casualty, and indemnity.
7. Utilizing ISNet, Certificial, myCOI, Avetta, or other relevant software for contract management.
8. Creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Contract Review Specialist role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract review, COI, risk management, legal compliance, or a related field.
2. Extensive knowledge of insurance products including general liability, worker's compensation, auto, excess coverage, property, casualty, and indemnity.
3. Proficiency in using contract management software such as ISNet, Certificial, myCOI, Avetta.
4. Excellent understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
5. Familiarity with construction and commercial lines is a plus.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
