Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
2. Utilizing MS Office Suite and Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
3. Handling all forms of correspondence, including email through Outlook, ensuring timely and effective communication.
4. Demonstrating excellent multi-tasking abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
5. Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy document retrieval.
6. Utilizing excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and external stakeholders.
7. Handling invoicing tasks, ensuring all financial documents are accurate and up to date.
8. Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
3. Exceptional multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Experience with data entry and management.
6. Proven experience in maintaining an organized filing system.
7. Experience in handling invoicing tasks.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
