We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Contracts Administrator for our fast-paced construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in construction contracts, job costing, and project management tools like Procore. You will play a key role in coordinating various aspects of contract management and compliance, ensuring that all contracts are administered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration within the construction department, ensuring all contracts are processed efficiently and accurately.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
3. Review and analyze contract details, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Utilize Procore for contract management, document control, and project management.
5. Manage the Certificate of Insurance (COI) process, ensuring all necessary documents are received and recorded accurately.
6. Conduct job costing, analyzing and reporting on project costs, and identifying any discrepancies or potential issues.
7. Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all contracts align with project goals and budget.
8. Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices, improving efficiency and accuracy.
9. Monitor contract performance, identifying any issues and suggesting solutions.
10. Prepare and present contract-related reports to management, providing accurate and timely information.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Contracts Administrator position will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with construction contracts, job costing, and project management tools, preferably Procore.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction industry regulations and legal requirements.
4. Strong understanding and experience managing Certificate of Insurance (COI) process.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all contract details are accurate and compliant.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey contract details to various stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for job costing analysis.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and suggest solutions.
10. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
