We are looking to make our first in-house legal department hire. This role can be 100% Remote, however we would like the candidate to be located geographically near southern Massachusetts

Experience with:

• Lease Agreements
• Service Agreements
• Intellectual Property - Experience in managing IP within MSA agreements
• RFP procedures
• Experience drawing up and creating new agreement documents
