Controller (CPA)

As a controller on our team, you will lead the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing cash flow, and strengthening internal controls. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise to scale financial operations, enhance ERP systems, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will collaborate across departments to drive financial efficiency and build a high-performing finance team.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field
• Active C.P.A. license
• 3+ years of experience as a controller
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls
• Tax compliance management
