The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the firm, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and effective financial management.
This role involves supervising the accounting department, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support the firm's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls.
- Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor and manage the firm's budget and financial forecasts.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring professional development and performance.
- Evaluate and improve accounting systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
