Job Details

What You’ll Own:
Full ownership of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Preparation and delivery of financial reports for executive and PE stakeholders
Oversee state tax filings, audit prep, and key compliance work
Partner with internal teams on financial strategy, systems, and reporting improvements
Manage and eventually grow a small accounting team

Ideal Background:
2–6 years in public accounting (Big 4 strongly preferred)
CPA or on track to obtain
Strong experience in audit
Excel-savvy with working knowledge of SQL or data automation tools a plus
Self-starter mindset—you're smart, motivated, and thrive when trusted to take ownership
Ability to grow with the business and step into broader leadership
