We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Controller to join our dynamic technology industry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal controls, treasury management, forecasting, budgeting, and Excel. The ideal candidate must have a BS degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA certification preferred. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash management, account reconciliations, and banking relationships.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to department heads.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
• Controller experience for a 200M or bigger ecommerce company
• Proven Experience scaling businesses
• Strong understanding of internal controls, treasury management, forecasting, budgeting, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing finance professionals.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
