Position Overview:
As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial performance. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and collaborate closely with our executive team. This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial management, including financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, guidance, and direction to the finance team and the organization as a whole.
Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working collaboratively with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses, presenting key insights to the executive team.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
Cash Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to optimize financial resources.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Strategic Insights: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, mergers and acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and internal controls.
Ad Hoc Projects: Lead special financial projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO and executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
