• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Public accounting or private equity preferred, open to an accountant looking to switch into a controller role
• CPA preferred
• GAAP
• Experience with consolidations including multi-entity, intercompany, parent company, & goodwill adjustments
