Job Details

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead all finance team duties, from day-to-day financial tasks, payables, receivables, group consolidations, to cross-department financial transactions.
  • Deliver occasional analysis and support specialized projects for the wider team.
  • Aid in managing our Customer Relationship platform, ensuring updates are precise and on schedule.
  • Oversee the signing and processing of legal paperwork and agreements.
  • Spearhead and synchronize daily office operations and periodic maintenance.
  • Always make certain the office remains well-stocked with essential items.
  • Offer a warm and professional reception to those visiting our workspace.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence with punctuality and precision.
  • Facilitate and arrange meetings with internal teams and external collaborators when required.
  • Lead advanced tasks for our parent company, including: financial mergers, cross-team monetary matters, and fiscal predictions and analyses.

Key Competencies:

  • An undergraduate degree focused on Financial Studies.
  • At least 4 years, but no more than 10 years, in the financial sector.
  • Hands-on experience in financial roles with a favorable view of those experienced in taxation, official accounting certifications, group mergers, and investment-centric businesses. Prior exposure to Business Central 365 platform is advantageous.
  • A history of handling organizational and paperwork-heavy roles.
  • Mastery in the MS Office toolset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Insight or exposure to partnership returns and personal financial reporting.
  • Prior experience in the investment realm, covering areas like: fund management, fiscal documentation, capital fundraising, loan dealings, shareholder reports, asset trades, and organizational legalities.

Beneficial Expertise:
  • Financial groupings, cross-team financial nullifications, fiscal predictions, procedural checks, month-end financial closures, financial planning, key performance indicators, contract and monetary deal mediations, and comprehension in overseeing financial contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • A proclivity for those holding official accounting certifications or those who have been associated with top-tier financial firms or comparable entities.
