Position Overview: The Controller, reporting to the CFO, will manage the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• General ledger maintenance, accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Oversee AP, AR, and Payroll operations
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Timely financial reporting to senior management
• Supervise and coach department staff
• Budgeting & forecasting operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Continuous process and policy improvement
• Provide financial guidance and communication to other department heads

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years recent accounting experiences
• 2+ years accounting leadership experience
• ASC 606
• ASC 842
• ERP / Accounting SW implementation experience
