Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct account reconciliations and perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
• Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks to manage financial data effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
