Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller located in Indianapolis, IN. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also manage financial audits, develop financial strategies, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.



Qualifications

Prefer experience working in the ministry and or non-profit sector
Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Ability to manage financial audits and develop financial strategies
Financial Analysis and Decision-making skills
CPA or relevant certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a religious or non-profit organization is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fiel
