Job Details
- Develop and maintain all financial controls, including but not limited to cost accounting, inventory, bill of materials, auditing functions, and reporting processes.
- Manage and oversee all financial functions and all U.S.-based financial staff.
- Partner with Operations to ensure maximum cost savings and identify and monitor process improvements.
- Responsible for monthly and annual budgets.
- Responsible for delivery of monthly forecasts, month-end close, and in-depth data analysis.
- Accountability for day-to-day inventory management, as well as periodic inventory counts.
- Report on all major accounts' ROI (Return on Investment).
- Identify key accounting issues and propose action/resolution.
- Implement a process of performance metrics in all areas of business.
- Verify business case for all major capital expenditures, ensure control of spending for projects, and monitor ROI.
