• The Corporate Controller is responsible for planning, directing, and managing our financial operations teams including Accounting, Tax, Audit, AR, AP, and other functions as assigned.
• Responsible for the design and maintenance of reporting and the financial control environment and streamlining financial operations to support the continuous rapid expansion of the company.
• This position will be responsible for compiling financial statements, managing relationships with outside auditors, and overseeing other required reporting for the company and all the sites.
• The Controller has overall administration with developing goals and objectives and designing and implementation of programs, processes, policies, and/or procedures for this function.
• This position requires an energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
• 10 years of progressive experience, CPA, bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent, MBA a plus.

Experience Required:
10 years of Progressive Accounting
Masters level degree or higher

Preferred:
3 years of People Leadership
Masters or better in Accounting
CPA
