Controller

Full time Controller needed in Tulsa! We're a growing manufacturing company in the commercial hvac space! This role is a hybrid on-site role where you can work from home up to 3 days per week!

As a Permanent Controller, you will:

1. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Implement and manage financial controls and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Develop and execute strategies for process improvement within the finance department.
4. Work closely with other department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
5. Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA certification is strongly preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience in financial management, process improvement, and auditing.
4. Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
