Position Overview: The Controller, reporting to the VP of Finance, will oversee accounting department operations and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting and management of company finances.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Accountable for overall efficiency of financial reporting within the company
• Ensure timely and accurate month end close
• Inventory control and accounting
• Cost accounting
• Manage, coach, and train department staff
• Oversee international consolidations
• Manage banking relationship and handle bank account reconciliations
• Work closely with external tax firms to ensure all regulation and laws are being met and cost savings are being realized
• Coordinate annual external audits
• Spearhead process and system implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years accounting
• 3+ years accounting leadership
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Inventory & cost accounting
• Experience with multiple ERP systems
• Highly advanced excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree
• CPA
• MBA
• Additives experience
