Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership experience required
Strong background in manufacturing accounting and cost accounting
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
