We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HMIs, PLCs, industrial robots, VFD systems, automation, manufacturing, and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement software for PLCs, HMIs, and VFD systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure systems are integrated and optimized
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in control system design and development
- Strong knowledge of HMIs, PLCs, industrial robots, VFD systems, automation, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of safety regulations and standards
