Corporate Accountant

We specialize in Custom Food Manufacturing, specializing in Soups, Dressing, and Sauces.

Responsible for General Ledger reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts.

• Accountable for month end, quarter end, and year end financial statements and other reporting items accurately and timely in accordance with US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budget models to support strategic decision-making.
• Auditing and verifying documents.
• Complete the 1099 for responsible companies.
• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Compute taxes owed and prepared tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Compile credit card statements and supporting documentation from card holders.
• Continuously look for opportunities to generate efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of financial operations.
• Other general accounting projects as assigned
