Land Use Associate/Attorney

Land use attorney sought by one of California’s largest full-service law firms with a successful and expanding land use practice. Applicants should have 3-7 years of experience representing clients in litigation, entitlements, and/or transactional issues related to land use, and be a California-admitted attorney from a comparable firm and a top law school with solid grades.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely in a collaborative, low ego environment with our highly experienced team of land use attorneys and paraprofessionals, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients, including national real estate investment trusts, private developers (both large and small), advocacy groups, and government entities.
