Corporate Lean Manager

Corporate Lean Manager needed at leading company located in Northern Virginia. This position will be responsible for lean and continuous improvement initiatives for the plants across the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training and implementing Lean Systems across all manufacturing sites
• Oversee strategic projects
• Oversee and assure completion of Operational Excellence continual site improvements.
• Use Lean Manufacturing techniques drive continuous improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience working for manufacturing companies
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of leading manufacturing projects
• Must have experience with lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• 50-75% travel to US based plant
