Responsibilities:

Conduct initial research for drafting and responding to complaints.
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs, with thorough legal research and cite-checking.
Research precedent and case law to support legal arguments.
Draft and proofread discovery requests and responses.
Perform electronic filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of court dockets, rules, calendars, and files.
Organize, review, and analyze discovery production.
Coordinate and oversee projects with litigation support vendors.
Prepare attorneys for all phases of in-person and remote depositions, hearings, and trials.
Attend trials and oral arguments to provide support.
