  • Oversees the administration of contracts, involving tasks like drafting, revising, and managing various contract types for review by the General Counsel.
  • These include nondisclosure agreements, client service agreements, business associate agreements, master agreements, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, construction agreements, gaming agreements, marketing agreements, IT agreements, agency agreements, and similar documents.
  • Handles contract management systems and ensures timely monitoring of contractual deadlines.
  • Works to align contract terms with Company policies, federal and state regulations, minimizing risks and exposure.
  • Assists in tracking and fulfilling contract terms such as renewal, termination, and data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborates with external counsel, aids in litigation, and suggests improvements to company procedures.
  • Researches and advises on special legal issues, conducts legal and internet research, and manages document routing for signatures.
  • Develops processes ensuring productivity and adherence to
  • Company practices, administers records retention policy, and collaborates with various teams and leadership.
  • Supports the General Counsel by investigating cases, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing reports, and handling grant correspondence. -
  • Manages and organizes documents, gathers evidence, and assists in trial preparation and court filings.
  • Handles administrative tasks, schedules meetings, coordinates law office activities, gathers legal data, drafts demand letters, notarizes documents, and manages immediate deadlines while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Ensures adherence to safety standards and performs other assigned duties.

  • Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm, corporation.
  • A paralegal certificate or equivalent is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in gaming or technology fields is advantageous.
  • Other essential skills include self-motivation, efficiency, excellent communication, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to handle confidential information.
