Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to utilize their skills and experience in ADP Workforce Now and PAYCOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our corporate employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is critical to our organization and requires a detail-oriented professional who has a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including data collection, input, verification, and processing for corporate employees.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and PAYCOM to process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate benefits administration.
• Stay up-to-date on current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws to ensure company compliance.
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to ensure best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and PAYCOM is required.
• A strong understanding of payroll and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is an asset.
