Our dynamic and rapidly growing finance corporation is seeking a seasoned Corporate Transactional Associate. This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment funds. The selected individual will play a critical role in the strategic growth and development of our company, working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and investment funds.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence processes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction agreements and documents.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize transaction structures and processes.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in laws and regulations.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and investment funds.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
