Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant accounting including raw materials, labor cost, utilities, maintenance expenses and amortization
• Inventory Control
• Cost break down: Bill of materials, industrial parameters, and industrial rates
• Industrial KPI’s focusing on yields and waste indicators by plant and line
• Calculate burden rates and prepare expense budgets for various departments
• Reconciliations

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CMA a plus
• 4-5 years of cost accounting experience
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Strong plant accounting and cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
