Credit Specialist

We are a mid-size law firm in Minneapolis that's looking to hire a Credit Specialist ASAP!

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Collect and monitor the firm's accounts receivable.
• Contact billing attorneys and clients regarding past due balances.
• Maintain client collection files and spreadsheets.
• Monitor client account activity.
• Enter new client/matter information and update the system as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting preferred or a combination of work and education equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience (law firm experience preferred).
• Solid computer skills using MicroSoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CMS preferred but not required.
