We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Critical Care/ICU RN to join our team at a magnet recognized hospital in the Medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other critical data
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and arterial line placement
- Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology is preferred.
