Job Details
- Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures using independent judgment and technical expertise.
- Assist physicians and provide patient care essential to imaging procedures.
- Ensure high-quality imaging by exercising professional judgment in all CT procedures.
- Train and mentor new employees and students as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and radiology best practices.
- Utilize and troubleshoot imaging equipment, including AW workstations and Medrad injectors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the imaging department.
Skills You Need
- Certification & Licensing – ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with a valid Connecticut Radiographer License.
- Experience – Previous CT scan experience, preferably with GE CT scanners and Epic systems.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Spreadsheets, and imaging software.
- Professionalism – Strong work ethic, dependability, flexibility, and effective communication skills.
