Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and the following:
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in a Customer Success role for an enterprise SaaS company
  • VC funded SaaS Start-up experience is a strong & considerable plus!
  • MUST have domain expertise in upsells & expansions, in addition to managing renewals & client retention!
  • Demonstrated experience charting and graphing in Excel (pivots, macros, Vlookup), ETL, or data software experience (Tableau or similar)
  • Strong presentation skills (virtual and F2F meetings, product demos, etc.)

Desired but not required:
  • Product expertise in CRM based products and/or AI chatbots & virtual assistants!
  • Prior management consulting experience
  • Technical background - CS Degree, Technical CSM or tech-support experience
