Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mainly remote training sessions for educators to help them effectively integrate our resources into their curriculum.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to teachers, addressing any issues they may encounter and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, understanding their needs and feedback to enhance our offerings.
Monitor usage patterns and engage with educators to increase the active use of our platform and resources.
Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future updates and features.
Participate in educational conferences and events, representing our company and providing on-the-spot training and demonstrations as needed.
Travel occasionally (3-4 times per year) for in-person trainings and presentations, helping to expand our reach and impact. Travel expenses covered.
Role is mainly remote with occasional meetings in Raleigh NC.

Qualifications:
Teaching experience in grades 6-12 science is required (chemistry or physical science preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Business, Communication, or related field.
Experience in customer success, support, or a related client-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Comfortable with occasional travel and public speaking.
Passionate about education and the role of technology in enhancing learning outcomes.
