We are a data-driven organization seeking a talented Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing data solutions that align with our business goals and enterprise architecture. Collaborating with various teams, you will provide analysis, design, and leadership to drive the evolution of our data solutions. We value critical thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of data structures and capabilities.

- Translate business analytics problems into data frameworks and blueprints
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to drive prototype ideas for new tools and products
- Develop standards and guidelines for code development and data management
- Optimize legacy data models and re-engineer frameworks for optimal performance
- Guide data engineers in building and testing new systems, adhering to specifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (required); Master's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 4 years of related experience (required); 7 years of related experience (preferred)
- Technical standards development experience (required)
- Software, system, or technology engineering experience at the highest level of proficiency (required)
- Experience with Oracle (PL/SQL) and MS SQL Server (TSQL) platforms
- ETL/ELT Tool experience required (SSIS, Informatica, SAP DS, Alteryx, Qlik Replicate, etc.)
- Familiarity with Epic and Clarity/Caboodle data models preferred
- Experience with Snowflake or similar platforms, including security and interoperability features, preferred
- Shell scripting knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience in the Healthcare sector (3+ years) and previous experience with EMRs
- 3+ years of EPIC Clarity/RWB experience, including clinical analytics and data repository creation
- Knowledge of business processes (IP, Ambulatory, revenue cycle, etc.)
- Familiarity with clinical data harmonization using ICD9/10, CPT, LOINC, RxNORM
- Experience creating ETL processes from relational database management systems
