A leading digital financial services company is building out its next-generation data platform and is looking for a Staff Data Warehouse Architect to lead the charge. This is a high-impact, greenfield opportunity to design and scale a modern data warehouse ecosystem from scratch — supporting both internal analytics and external customer intelligence products.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
Design and implement a scalable, cloud-based data warehouse architecture from the ground up
Lead the integration of modern ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran, DBT) to enable robust data pipelines
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to define and implement data models, marts, and governance standards
Optimize data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Enable downstream use cases for BI, reporting, underwriting, and fraud analytics
Serve as the technical leader on data architecture, influencing cross-functional data strategy
What We’re Looking For
Staff-level experience building data infrastructure in fast-paced, regulated environments
Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran
Proven experience architecting scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks
Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with financial data is a plus
Background working with banking cores, consumer finance, or fintech products
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
