We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for oral healthcare with the thrill of the finance world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, with a particular focus on RDH, Sealant, Polishing, Teeth, Dentals, Radiography, and Digital X-Ray Imaging. This position is permanent and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, providing the necessary tools and equipment promptly and efficiently.
2. Prepare patients for dental procedures by making them comfortable and providing any necessary instructions.

4. Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients and educate them about proper oral care strategies.
5. Apply sealants and fluoride treatments as directed by the dentist.

7. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
8. Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
9. Participate in financial meetings, providing insights from a dental healthcare perspective.
10. Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other stakeholders in the finance industry.

Qualifications:
1. Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
3. Proficient in dental procedures including sealant application, teeth polishing, and dental radiography.
4. Experience in using digital X-ray imaging equipment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Basic understanding of the finance industry will be an added advantage.
9. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
10. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
11. Proficient in using dental software for scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
