Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health.
- Lead a team of dental assistants and hygienists, ensuring they are providing the highest level of patient care.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, presenting all options based on their specific needs.
- Maintain patients' dental records using our modern and efficient systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay updated on the latest innovations and advancements in the dental industry, applying this knowledge to patient care.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dentist.
- Specialization in Oral Medicine, Oral Radiology, Periodontics, Preventive Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Special Needs Dentistry, and Geriatric Dentistry.
- A valid state dental license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a positive rapport with patients, their families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to handle a diverse range of dental procedures with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
