We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join our construction team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of mechanical and HVAC systems in our construction projects. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our buildings meet all mechanical and HVAC standards and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a significant impact in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Preform HVAC and or Plumbing system design.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with all mechanical and HVAC standards and regulations
• Conduct site visits to assess mechanical and HVAC system needs and provide recommendations for improvements
• Develop project timelines and budgets for mechanical and HVAC systems
• Provide technical support to project teams throughout the construction process
• Conduct quality control inspections on mechanical and HVAC systems to ensure they meet project specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical and HVAC system issues that arise during construction
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations related to mechanical and HVAC systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Prior experience with mechanical contractor or engineering consultant strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems and their installation processes
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to mechanical and HVAC systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2016 or later and Trace 700
• Revit 2018 or AIM experience is preferred
