Job Details:
As a Permanent Design Manager in the Finance industry, you will play a crucial role in shaping the physical environment that our teams work in. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all design-related activities, from the initial concept to the final execution. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from office spaces to commercial real estate developments.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all design-related activities, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement design strategies that enhance our brand and improve the functionality and aesthetics of our physical spaces.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, leasing, and commercial real estate, to ensure that all design elements are integrated seamlessly.
4. Utilize AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit to create detailed, accurate design plans.
5. Adhere to ADA codes and other relevant regulations during all design and construction processes.
6. Review and approve all design plans and modifications, ensuring that they meet the required level of detail.
7. Monitor and manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into our design strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design management role, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.
4. Extensive knowledge of ADA codes and other relevant regulations.
5. Experience in the construction, industrial, leasing, and commercial real estate sectors.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
