We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Dialysis Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Administer hemodialysis treatment to patients in a safe and effective manner
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on the dialysis process and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient care and treatment progress accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and organized dialysis unit
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year Registered Nurse experience, plus 3 months experience in hemodialysis
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
