Summary:
The ideal candidate will have an ability to implement strategy; driving and rethinking the customer journey to offer seamless, integrated, and elevated multi-channel experiences. The Director will work cross-functionally with operations, contact center, tech, creative services, and marketing to make sure all the elements of the customer experience come together to support the brand. This position will also be responsible for overseeing half the company’s revenue through Retail, Contact Center, membership and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow existing membership services and develop new loyalty programs
  • Work closely with Retail and Contact Center to ensure the best customer experience and help lead revenue growth in those channels
  • Support in managing the Creative Services team
  • Oversee the company’s Wholesale program
  • Establish standards to ensure a consistent customer and brand experience
  • Develop a content strategy to promote our brand as having the highest level of quality
  • Develop and manage our product strategy, rationalizing our message in the marketplace for each main product
  • Be the Marketing ambassador for all departments throughout the company
  • This position will report to the acting CMO

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in related Marketing, Customer Experience and/or Brand Management
  • 2+ years managing a loyalty or membership program
  • Experience with retail marketing and contact centers a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills, including building and inspiring dynamic, high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, form relationships, and influence key partners
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and functions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, while handling situations with tact and resourcefulness
  • Highly motivated problem-solver and self-starter, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
