Director of Consulting -Revenue Cycle

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Consulting -Revenue Cycle to join our team in the medical industry. As a Director of Consulting, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to our clients in the healthcare providers' industry. You will be responsible for providing advisory services to our clients on revenue cycle management. The successful candidate will have recently worked directly as a leader revenue cycle operations for a large health system ideally with both acute care and ambulatory experience and strong experience in Mid cycle operations or back end analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to our clients in the healthcare providers' industry.
• Provide advisory services to our clients on revenue cycle management and operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting and leadership.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations especially mid cycle experience or back end analytics.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team of consultants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
